LHS Takes the Stage: You Canโt Take It with You Opens This Week!
LINDEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NJ -- The countdown is on! In just a few days, the Linden High School Theatre Department will lift the curtain on its fall production of You Canโt Take It with You โ a fast-moving, joy-filled, wonderfully chaotic American comedy that has charmed audiences for generations.
The show runs two nights only: Thursday, Nov. 20, and Friday, Nov. 21 at 7:00 PM in the Susan L. Hudak Auditorium.
Since September, the talented cast and crew have poured their creativity, energy, and pure heart into reimagining the unforgettable world of the Sycamore familyโan offbeat, endearing clan whose hobbies include basement fireworks, pet snakes, and spontaneous ballet. When love brings their eccentric household face-to-face with the buttoned-up, straight-laced Kirbys, the result is a whirlwind evening where worlds collide, expectations explode, and laughter erupts from every corner of the stage.
