On August 21st, the team gathered for Orientation Day, and it was anything but ordinary. The morning kicked off with an energizing conflict resolution workshop led by First Families, where staff explored real-world strategies to turn challenges into opportunities for respect and teamwork.
Then came a hands-on EpiPen training session with Head Nurse Pat and Nurse Carolyn, making sure every staff member is prepared to respond in a heartbeat when it matters most.
