As Linden High School seniors get ready to dazzle under the lights at tonight’s (May 22) 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦, another group of students has been busy turning brushes, curlers, and polish into pure prom magic—adding a personal touch of glamour behind the scenes.
With guidance from 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝘀, students in the school’s cosmetology program have hosted a special Prom Clinic from May 20 to May 22. The clinic offered professional-level hair, nail, and makeup services to their classmates attending the much-anticipated Senior Masquerade Prom.
Throughout the day, May 22, the beauty team reached the height of their preparations, delivering final transformations just hours before students head off to the elegant venue in Old Bridge for an unforgettable night of elegance, mystery, and memories.
“This clinic gives our students real-world experience,” said Williams. “They’re not only perfecting their craft—they’re envisioning what their future can look like as licensed cosmetologists. And most importantly, they’re helping their peers shine tonight.”
Students from all levels of the cosmetology program—Cosmetology I (sophomores), II (juniors), and III (seniors)—came together to transform their classroom into a full-service salon. The energy was electric as curling irons sizzled, nail polish sparkled, and makeup brushes worked their magic—all in the spirit of school pride and service.
More than just a classroom project, the Prom Clinic became a showcase of talent, teamwork, and the meaningful ways students can support each other during milestone moments.
Thanks to their classmates’ dedication and creativity, Linden High School’s prom-goers are set to arrive at The Grand Marquis glowing with confidence—and looking every bit the part for a night to remember.
