school 1 door contest

LINDEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NJ -- Step into history as 5𝙩𝙝 π™œπ™§π™–π™™π™šπ™§ 𝙇π™ͺπ™žπ™¨π™– π™€π™‘π™œπ™ͺπ™šπ™§π™– takes us on a tour through the powerful, vibrant hallways of School No. 1, where doors are more than just entrancesβ€”they are portals to the past, present, and future.

As part of our Black History Month celebration, each door in our school became a tribute to icons who shattered barriers and paved the way for change. From trailblazers in civil rights to pioneers in science, sports, and the arts, these doors stand as a visual testament to the power of resilience, courage, and love.

Creativity was in full force as students poured their hearts into a contest showcasing these influential figures. But beyond the competition, this project was a lesson in legacyβ€”a reminder that knowing who we are is credited to those who came before us.

Perhaps one day, our students will be the history-makers, inspiring future generations to decorate doors in their honor. Until then, we continue to learn, celebrate, and ROAR with pride through the halls of School No. 1!
