Support the implementation of the district's 2025-2030 strategic plan to ensure alignment with the five strategic priorities and advance progress toward measurable outcomes for student learning, personalized pathways, staff excellence, operational efficiency, and community engagement.

Support and approve necessary resources, including policies and funding, to enhance programs dedicated to student wellness and academic achievement while addressing chronic absenteeism and promoting equitable access to advanced coursework and career pathways.

Support the development and maintenance of multilingual communication methods that will inform, support, and strengthen community engagement, particularly for Spanish-speaking families and multilingual learners, while improving transparency in operations and decision-making.

Support the implementation of a comprehensive strategy for budgeting, fiscal responsibility, and infrastructure development, including the five-year facilities plan, and maintain the minimum 2% unassigned fund balance target.
