Review, current strategic plan and develop the 2025-2030 District Strategic Plan.

Maintain and strengthen community partnerships through transparent communication. Promote the interconnectedness of unity and community through proactive outreach that create a sense of shared purpose and collaboration.

Operational Excellence
Operate the district efficiently and effectively by enhancing systems and structures for sustained accountability. Improve system-wide operations and facilities to ensure safety and security. Continue to finance capital projects as outlined in the district’s extended range facility plan.
