At Linden Public Schools, we understand that families need dependable, high-quality care beyond the traditional school day. That’s why we are proud to offer Before and Aftercare programs at all eight of our elementary schools, providing students with a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment where they can continue to learn, grow, and thrive.

Our programs are staffed exclusively by dedicated Linden Public Schools personnel, including teachers, paraprofessionals, instructional aides, and secretaries, individuals who already know and care about the students in our schools. Because our staff members are part of the Linden school community, parents can feel confident knowing their children are in trusted, experienced, and familiar hands.

The Before and Aftercare program is thoughtfully designed to support the whole child. In partnership with each school, we provide a structured yet engaging environment that helps bridge the gap between school and home. Students receive homework assistance, participate in enrichment activities, enjoy recreational play, and build important social connections with their peers.

Our goal is to create a space where children feel supported academically, encouraged socially, and inspired creatively. Whether students are completing homework, exploring hands-on activities, or simply enjoying time with friends, our program promotes confidence, independence, and positive character development.
